Neil Budden, financial director at GenesisCare, said: ‘GenesisCare has ambitious plans to increase the number of centres providing specialist cancer treatments around the UK. The Waterlooville team supports these centres and we needed larger premises to accommodate this growth. We were delighted that further space at Wilson House became available.’

Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell director, Stuart Mitchell said: ‘Quality office premises are still attracting a good level of demand and Waterlooville remains a strong location due to its proximity to the A3 and the A27.’
