Passionate foodie lands new role at Goodwood
HER PASSION for food impressed Raymond Blanc and now Iris Stoltenerg is joining the team at Goodwood.
Iris landed her first jobÂ by striking up a friendship with none other than Raymond Blanc whoÂ regularly wentÂ into her delicatessen in Oxford.
After a decade at Brasserie Blanc, Iris is now taking her experience to Farmer, Butcher, Chef as she becomes theÂ new general manager.
She said: '˜I was drawn to Goodwood by the ethos and approach to cooking here '“ the fact that the produce is home grown just around the corner and ends up beautifully presented on the plate.'
