Plans in Whiteley forÂ new hotel, gym, nursery, pub and car parkÂ

A 94-bed hotel, gym, nursery, pub and multi-storey car park are just part of plans being put forward for land in Whiteley.

Alchemy Asset Management is preparing the proposalÂ an undeveloped portion of land at The Forum on Solent Business Park in Whiteley.

There will also be light industrial units and a new estate road with access from Parkway North.

Company director David Hughes said: '˜Our plans will deliver much needed complementary facilities that enhance the offer at Solent Business Park.

'˜The new facilities including a hotel, gym, bar and nursery will benefit the existing business community and create new economic opportunities for the area.'

A public exhibition on the plans will be held onÂ Wednesday November 28Â from 11am until 2pm and 4:30pm until 7:30pm at Forum 4, Solent Business Park, Whiteley Way, Whiteley, PO15 7AD.
