Port Solent is holding the event on Sunday, May 26.

Sixties band Mojo Dollar, cover band Cadency, and The Polos, a soft rock band, all from Portsmouth, will be performing.

Lisa Fowler, marketing manager, said: ‘Port Solent has been hosting live music events for many years and we’re excited to announce another great event for the local community to enjoy over the bank holiday weekend. We had a great turn out last year and it’s a brilliant way to celebrate the long weekend, for free.

‘We’re pleased to welcome back Cadency who were a huge success at last year’s event and look forward to welcoming our new acts, Mojo Dollar and The Polos. We hope everyone enjoys the event and that we’re treated with some sunshine!

‘With 15 bars and restaurants to choose from, there is a huge choice of food and drink available for anyone wanting to extend their visit, and with free parking, visitors can sing, dance, eat and enjoy the music for as long as they like.’
