Portsmouth firm Novatech donates more than £6,000 of gaming equipment to Queen Alexandra Hospital
MORE than £6,000 worth of gaming equipment was donated by a tech firm to delight children with cancer at Queen Alexandra Hospital.
Portsmouth-based Novatech has worked closely with charity Friends Fighting Cancer to support events, and took the partnership to the next level with this donation.
Three members of staff made a visit to the Children’s Oncology Ward where they donated Reign gaming PCs, a virtual reality headset, PC monitors, gaming chairs and much more.
Ray Ogilvie from Friends Fighting Cancer said: ‘We were really proud to work with Novatech on this project, we were astonished and astounded that Novatech sourced and supplied such a large amount of gaming equipment, covering all costs of everything that was donated.’
