A MODERNISED post office branch is to open in Milton, Portsmouth.

The Locksway Road store will close on Wednesday, January, 27, for a refurbishment.

Once the improvement work is completed, Post Office services will be provided from three modern-serving positions.

There will also be an additional service point at the retail counter, offering selected services, that will be open Monday to Saturday from 8am to 7.30pm.

The revamped store will re-open on Thursday, February 4, at 1pm.
