PEOPLE’S access to information must be protected, says a Portsmouth woman.

Soraya Haslett has spoken out against changes to the Freedom of Information Act, which is under review and could mean people will have to pay charges.

‘It could do a lot of damage to people and their ability to get information and stand up for themselves,’ she said.
