Promotion celebrations at local property firm

TWO commercial property specialists at the Hampshire offices of Lambert Smith Hampton have been promoted.

Guy Jackson has been promoted to associate director in LSH’s industrial agency. Guy joined as a surveyor in 2014 and became a senior surveyor in April 2016.

Guy was named Dealmaker of the Year in the south east region in the EGi Awards, the most prestigious awards in the commercial property sector.

Robin Dickens, director of industrial agency at LSH for the south coast, said: ‘Guy has played a key role in Lambert Smith Hampton’s success over the past year, his promotion is well deserved.’

Andy Gibbs has been promoted to senior surveyor after joining LSH in February 2015.

Andy Hodgkinson, office agency director for the south coast at LSH, said: ‘Andy is representative of the quality of the team at LSH and is to be congratulated on his new position.’
