A COLLECTION of pubs with its own craft brewery said it wants to float on the London Stock Exchange.

Upham Brewery wants to raise up to £12m for further acquisitions to double the size of its estate.

It currently manages 15 pubs, 13 of which it owns, principally in Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey.

It was set up in Bishop’s Waltham in 2009.
