EXPANDING Portsmouth Law firm Verisona has gone through a rebrand.

Now known as Verisona Law, the firm, which also has offices in Purbrook and Havant, has expanded its Portsmouth base at 1000 Lakeside in North Harbour.

The rebrand follows the most successful and high-profile 12 months in its history, which includes an historic victory for Portsmouth Football Club, being taken over by the Pompey Supporters’ Trust – a victory which included a day of tension in the High Court.

The firm has since had similar success saving Aldershot Town Football Club from liquidation.

Chief executive Vincent Denham said: ‘The market is moving away from the traditional descriptions of solicitor, advocates and legal firms, and we think of ourselves as a commercial enterprise which provides legal solutions and services.’
