AN ESTATE agency is celebrating after a successful customer survey.

The team at The Flat Agency, based in Ports-mouth, received resounding praise on their 2015 survey.

Billie Shuter, branch manager, said: ‘When 100 per cent of your landlord customers tell you that they would be likely to use you again, and 92 per cent would be happy to recommend you, it makes the hard work worth it.

‘Estate agents don’t always have the best reputations but we work hard to prove we are different.’

The Flat Agency has been trading since 2006 and in 2011 established Admiralty Homes to specialise in the new Admiralty Quarter development and Gunwharf Quays.

Both companies have undergone a two-month rebranding and business improvement programme and relaunched this week with a new-look advertising and marketing plan.

Gary Penny, director, said: ‘Our image needed to be as eye catching and trustworthy as our services – and now it is.’
