Seafront pub in Hayling sold to City Pub Company for £1.5m
A POPULAR seafront pub has been sold for £1.5m.
The Inn on the Beach, at Sea Front, Hayling Island, was sold last week by estate agent Savills, on behalf of a private vendor, to the City Pub Company.
The two-storey pub, which has seating for 150, was sold as a going concern with all staff transferring under employment regulations.
Adam Bullas, from Savills, said: ‘We’re pleased to have secured the sale of the iconic Inn on the Beach. We are seeing strong interest in pubs on the south coast.’
