Self-help book launch is a big hit for local author

Her book Your Other Half was launched at Waterstones in West Quay, Southampton.

Sophie addressed a crowd of over 80 attendees. She gave a detailed overview of her career and the book itself. The author also revealed plans for her next novel.

Sophie said: ‘I am delighted with the success of the launch event. It was so nice to be able to talk to people, get feedback and also listen to those who were interested in knowing how the book could help them.’

The book was written in a self-help style, aimed toward people who may be seeking answers to any relationship problems they might be experiencing.

Sophie said: ‘The book is to help those who are struggling with current relationships taking you through understanding where the deep root causes lay, unlocking the answers. It will teach you simple methods which could lead you to finding happiness and fulfilment.’
