To help celebrate the birthday, many of Gunwharf Quays’ famous brands will be offering special discounts.

Plus, in partnership with Wave 105, a unique ‘phone box’ can be found by guest relations in Central Square, offering special prizes to anyone fast enough to answer the phone each time it rings.

Children visiting the centre can also expect to meet characters including Kung Fu Panda, the Pearl Izumi Tour Series mascot Toby and even a giant Cadbury’s Crème Egg.

Colin Wilding, general manager, said: ‘Gunwharf Quays has a rich and unique history and we feel so privileged to be celebrating this milestone birthday. Our guests will have an opportunity to share their memories of the centre in a special video booth, with a chance of seeing their film on the Gunwharf Quays Facebook page, and there’s certainly plenty for them to reminisce about.
