Shop stars set to shine
HARDWORKING staff in the retail and leisure industry were set to be rewarded with awards at a glamorous bash tonight.
The News’ Retail and Leisure Awards are due to return to the Guildhall Portsmouth tonight, recognising hardworking staff across the area.
Hundreds of people were expected to be at the event, which will see awards in 10 categories handed out.
The evening was presented by BBC presenter Nick Wallis.
Liz Parker, event organiser, said: ‘We are all really excited for what is set to be a great night, recognising some really worthy winners.’
