Shoppers test out cuisine of Fareham Indian restaurant

Indian restaurant Tiffin & Thalis, in West Street, Fareham, gave samples to shoppers at Fareham Market to find out how they like to dine.

Vinay Sukhdeve and Agilan Chandran are two top London chefs who decided to break out on their own and they opened Tiffins & Thalis earlier this year.

Vinay said: '˜It's important to us that we get out and meet our community we are living and working in and share with them the style of cuisine we offer.' 

Jacob Clements, deputy manager, said: '˜The morning was so successful, engaging with people and talking to them about how the ingredients are sourced locally and that the chefs cook from fresh produce only. We will do it on a regular basis.  It went down very well.'
