Have your say

WE’VE had a great response to our Passion for Portsmouth survey – but there’s still time for you to tell us what you love about our great city.

Our campaign is designed to get readers thinking about the great things that are right on our doorsteps.

As part of this we are inviting you to take part in what we are hoping will be the biggest survey of what people love about Portsmouth.

The initiative is supported by a number of businesses and organisations across the area. They include Portsmouth FC, Highbury College, Marriott Hotels, Express FM, IBM and Portsmouth City Council.

Editor of The News, Mark Waldron, said: ‘We all have our own particular reasons why we love our great city – but perhaps we don’t do enough to shout about it.

‘The point of Passion for Portsmouth is to focus everyone’s thoughts on why we should rightly feel proud about Portsmouth.’

You can answer the survey online by going to and putting the words ‘Passion for Portsmouth’ in the search box.
