Strike to be held earlier
A RAIL strike has been brought forward in a dispute.
The RMT union’s conductor members were due to strike on May 20 but it will now take place two days earlier.
It said the change was a response to a ‘threatening’ stance from Southern. The company wants drivers to operate doors.
