Strong Island is on the move to new location

After first opening its doors in 2014, the Highland Road shop stocking clothing, homeware and accessories is now moving to 87 Marmion Road, Southsea.

The new shop will open on Saturday, May 6 at 10am.

The new Strong Island Clothing Co summer range will be launched on the same day.

The first 10 customers will receive a tote bag, filled with Strong Island Clothing Co accessories.

Brand director Paul Gonella said: ‘As a company Strong Island Clothing Co has grown so much at our Highland Road shop. We’ve gone from a small range of designs and only being open three days a week with us taking turns manning the store. We now have a large range of men’s and women’s clothing, accessories, prints and so much more. Plus, we now have a team of five working with us.

‘We’re really excited to be moving to our new home in the heart of Southsea and are looking forward to getting involved with the many independent stores and cafes that will soon be our neighbours.’
