GUNWHARF Quays has announced it will hold another student-only event to attract new shoppers, following on from last year’s success.

The shopping event offers discounts to students for one-night only.

Taking place on Wednesday, October 8, the event offers students from the area a chance to get exclusive discounts at more than 70 shops at the centre.

Colin Wilding, centre director at Gunwharf Quays, said: ‘Our 2013 Student Lock In was a huge hit with local students, with over 4,500 flocking to the centre to make the most of the fantastic offers.

‘This year even more brands are taking part, as well as a live DJ, so there’s really no excuse for students to miss out.

‘We look forward to welcoming new and returning students to what’s sure to be an amazing night.’
