THE Thinking Schools Academy Trust brought almost 400 teachers together recently for a day of seminars, workshops and brain games.

Teachers from 13 academies attended the trusts first-ever trust-wide Continuing Professional Development Day, which ended with a competitive game of University Challenge.

Staff shared their knowledge and skills they use to stimulate the minds of their students.

Stuart Gardner, chief executive of the TSAT, said: ‘Our CPD Day was a big success and a great way to bring talented and hard-working teachers from all our schools together for a day of lively and thought-provoking discussion.’
