‘Our schemes provide new job opportunities for school leavers and combine their employment with layers of exceptional tutorage, mentoring and assessment.

‘They work across our portfolio of brands, learn from our experienced teams, gain a professional qualification and have a real opportunity to progress up the ladder.

‘They are the future talent and we look forward to the apprentices progressing their career journey with us.’

The scheme offers apprenticeships in bar and waiting hospitality management and also a chef apprenticeship.
