A GARDEN centre has been judged the best for Christmas displays and gifts in Hampshire.

Garsons, in Fontley Road, Titchfield, was given the award from the Garden Centre Association.

The themed displays impressed judges from the association, who made an unannounced visit last week.

Clare James, from Garsons, said: ‘We’re so pleased to have won. The team puts a massive amount of effort into making Christmas magical – it’s lovely for that to be recognised.

‘Our displays are well worth a visit and we have a pair of reindeer here until Christmas Eve, making the festive season even more special.’

The garden centre is also running a competition to name the reindeer with a £200 prize, go to Garsons’ Facebook page for more information.
