AMIRI Construction says it is set to expand its team further as turnover is anticipated to reach £25m, well above the original forecast of £20m.

The Fareham firm’s expansion includes the promotion of two key people.

Quantity surveyor Dave Moore, who has been with the company since 2005, becomes managing quantity surveyor.

Lee Wilkinson who joined Amiri in 2011 as a senior site manager, is promoted to contracts manager.

Amiri’s director Kevin Lendon says that the promotions are well deserved, and now there is the opportunity to recruit experienced people to replace the roles now vacant.

Founded in February 2005, Amiri Construction employs 32 people.

Projects include a £1.7m office refurbishment in Chandler’s Ford, the £4.2m new teaching block for the Brighton, Hove & Sussex Sixth Form College, and a £2m new Baptist church scheme in Emsworth.
