Unveiling of Hayling Billy relic is back on track
A REVAMPED heritage walk will be unveiled later this month.
Mayor of Havant Councillor Leah Turner will open opening the newly-refurbished Hayling Billy Line signal, together with a new pathway, on Saturday, October 17, at 2pm.
The previous event was cancelled because of bad weather.
The restored signal originates from 1950 when the railway line linked the mainland with the island.
