Thy environment also adheres to the company’s principles of fun with vibrant colours, fully-stocked drinks fridges, three full-size ping pong tables, table football and quiz machines to keep the team occupied during breaks.
‘Everything we do is designed to bring out the strengths and enthusiasm of each member of our team so this is a really exciting time for Just Develop It,’ said Mr Phillips.
Just Develop It has more than 35 full-time employees and more than 100 across its investment portfolio but now the business has room to expand it is undertaking its biggest ever recruitment drive.
Mr Phillips added: ‘We’re investing in new businesses and opportunities all the time and are experiencing a period of phenomenal growth.
‘The southern region can often lose talent to London, so we sincerely hope that winning the Employer of the Year award will help us add to our family of talented employees.’
