REFURBISHMENT work at Radial 27, a large warehouse unit on the former Palmer & Harvey site at Segensworth, is almost complete, with the building available to occupiers this month.Â
The 75,000 sq ft building at Barnes Wallis Road has undergone a significant investment. Lambert Smith Hampton and Hellier Langston, joint agents, say they've had lots of interest.Â
