Wilko scores well for its customer satisfaction
ONE of Britain's favourite home and garden retailers has the highest level of customer satisfaction on the high street, according to the latest UK Customer Satisfaction Index.
Wilko, which has stores in Portsmouth, Fareham, Waterlooville and Havant, secured the number two spot in the July survey, beating high street giants Waitrose and M&S (joint third) and John Lewis (ninth). Online retailer Amazon was first.
The UKCSI is the national measure of UK customer satisfaction.
