Apprentice star inspires future retail moguls in Portsmouth

But yesterday, dozens of young entrepreneurs at Portsmouth College had the chance to impress Apprentice semi-finalist Charleine Wain with their business ideas.

She tasked pupils with creating their own companies – on a budget of just £100.

They had just 40 minutes to work out a plan and 60 seconds to pitch it to her.

Charleine said: ‘It’s been an incredible experience being here and helping. It’s amazing and just so rewarding.’

Charleine, a former navy physical trainer, is the second Apprentice star to visit the college, after Ruth Whiteley.

The day was set up by Unloc, a social enterprise group.
