Purbrook Park School Year 11 pupils sent home after Covid cases
PURBROOK Park School has confirmed it has had to send home all Year 11 pupils after a number of positive Covid cases have been recorded.
Headteacher at the Waterlooville secondary school, Paul Foxley, said: ‘I can confirm that there is a small number of Covid-19 cases among our school community and that, as a result, I made the difficult decision to ask our Year 11 pupils to self-isolate.
Mr Foxley hopes to welcome pupils back before the end of term.
He added: ‘They will be accessing online learning and revision while they continue their studies at home. Assuming they all remain well, we expect to welcome them back into school on December 14.’
