Tickets for the pre-show dinner have already sold out but spectator tickets for the boxing are available on the door at £12 each.

Doors open at 7.30pm for dinner guests, with boxing due to start at 9pm.

Ken Charman, show organiser, said: ‘One aspect of this show, which I believe to be very rare for a boxing club, is the support which we have always given to charities.’

The show on Friday will support three charities; with £500 going to Naomi House & Jacksplace Hospices for Children, £500 to Shine South – a charity that supports children suffering from spina bifida – and £500 to Groovy Gracie, a charity that supports four-year-old Gracie Millerchip who has cerebral palsy.
