Call to takepart in runand helpraise cash

The Stroke Association wants people to take part in the event on March 6 at Queen Elizabeth Country Park.

The event is one of 28 fundraising Resolution Runs taking place across the UK this spring.

These events provide the perfect motivation to get in shape after Christmas.

The Resolution Run is the ideal event for people in Portsmouth, who have made a new year’s resolution to get more active.

It is open to all ages and abilities, and participants can run, jog or walk the routes.

The charity will provide a full training guide to help keep Resolution Runners on track every step of the way.

The entry fee is just £15. All runners receive a running top and medal.
