Cancer sufferers in Hampshire offered support session by charity this monthÂ

A FREE support session for people going through cancer is being offered by a charity.

Penny Brohn UK's two-day Living Well course will be held at Breast Cancer Haven, The Square, Titchfield on October 19 and 26, from 10am to 5.15pm.

The course addresses cancer's physical and psychological impact and shows how healthy eating, exercise and relaxation can improve people's well-being, before, during and after medical treatment.

Chris Riley, regional partnership manager with the charity, said: '˜Cancer can be overwhelming, but many small things can add up to make a big difference to the way people cope as they prepare for, undergo or recover from treatment.

'˜Our Living Well helps people take back some control of their lives.'

Course places are limited and on a first come, first served basis.
