The figures show the number of cases confirmed in every postcode areas across the region in the seven days to April 21.
The majority of areas in and around Portsmouth have ‘suppressed’ the virus, meaning fewer than three cases were confirmed.
However there were 10 hotspots with a rate of 20 or higher in the last week.
