People registered at Northern Road Surgery, in Cosham, will until further notice be asked to go to either Cosham Park House or Paulsgrove, at 194 Allaway Avenue, for their scheduled GP appointments.
It comes as the practice needs to have a manager registered with the Care Quality Commission but the surgery’s registered manager has left.
Until the relevant paperwork for his replacement has been approved by the CQC, GPs are unable to see patients at the surgery.
Patients are being reassured it has nothing to do with the quality of care provided.
