Dementia-friendly hospital for Fareham
FAREHAM Community Hospital has been awarded Dementia Friendly status after making minor changes to the building and facilities '¨to make it easier to use and navigate for patients.
The hospital is the first in the Fareham and Gosport Clinical Commissioning Group area to get the award which was made by Hampshire Dementia Action Alliance.
