Fears over Portsmouth man's health after discharge from hospital

CONCERNS have been raised over the health of a missing man who discharged himself from hospital after suffering a stroke.

Tyler Moorehouse, 48, who says he is from Portsmouth, checked into St Richard’s Hospital in Chichester where he stayed for a week.

Sussex Police fear that Mr Moorehouse may have suffered a stroke before discharging himself from the hospital on Tuesday (September 13).

He did not receive a supply of medication from a doctor before leaving the hospital.

Mr Moorehouse also told the hospital that he worked for Brittany Ferries and had an address in Brighton.

He is white, 5ft 8ins, of medium build with short mousey hair, was wearing a blue jacket with a white and red stripe, a blue patterned white shirt and was carrying a blue holdall.
