Bridget Devine-Reeves, whose 88-year-old grandmother Elsie Devine died at the hospital, said it was a huge moment for victims who died between 1989 and 2001.

The 42-year-old said: 'This is a massive moment. It is remarkable that we got the public support for me to do this today.

'We want Theresa May to support us and listen to our calls for justice and criminal  proceedings.'
