Hide AdNow, Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service has launched its Trauma Risk Management (Trim) – Let’s Talk About It campaign to offer a helping hand to the county’s crews.
The scheme is aimed at encouraging firefighters to talk about their issues with others in the service and not to suffer in silence.
Emma Liddell is the well-being advisor for the county’s service and said these experiences can affect family relationships.
She added: ‘I think it’s important for people to have that way of being able to offload and check they are okay rather than taking it home with them.’
