Have say on Fareham and Gosport NHS services
PATIENTS are being encouraged to have their say on what they want to see from NHS services.
All 10 Fareham GP practices, Fareham and Gosport Clinical Commissioning Group, Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust and the voluntary sector have joined forces to produce an online survey.
The responses will be used to help shape the future planning of health services as part of the Better Local Care initiative which looks at the planning and delivery of care.
