New event in Portsmouth will offer information on dementia

A DROP-in event is being held for people with dementia and their carers.

Alzheimer’s Society will officially launch a one-stop shop for people with the condition in Portsmouth.

People affected by dementia in the area will be able to gain instant access to support, including the charity’s dementia support workers who can explain about the condition but also signpost people to the services available.
