QA Hospital ward gets £400 from Waterlooville supermarket
MORE than £400 has been donated to a hospital thanks to a supermarket's generous customers.
Portsmouth Hospitals Charity, based at Queen Alexandra Hospital in Cosham, has received £447 from Waitrose in Waterlooville.
The cash will be put towards wall art for QA’s paediatrics emergency department.
Fiona Saunders, community matters co-ordinator at the store said: ‘We are delighted to support such a worthy cause. This is one that has captured the customers’ imagination.’
