Southsea GP practice almost ready to move to new premises

Milton Park Surgery, in Goldsmith Avenue, Southsea, will relocate a few hundred metres away to Cotswold House, at St Mary’s Community Health Campus.

Milton Park merged with Baffins Surgery last year to become the East Shore Partnership and the intention was to close the Goldsmith Avenue surgery and move into a fully refurbished Cotswold House once works were completed.

Dr Elizabeth Fellows, a GP partner at the East Shore Partnership, said: ‘We are delighted that our fully refurbished premises are almost complete, although it will probably take another week before we can welcome our first patients here.

‘The new surgery building is very well sign-posted and located at the traffic lights entrance to the St Mary’s site.

‘These larger, new premises will help us deliver even higher-quality care and services’

The Baffins site will remain open.
