The hardest Portsmouth GP surgeries to get through to over the phone - as reported by patients

PATIENTS at GP practices have aired their concerns about being unable to book an appointment over the phone.

In the recent GP Patient Survey, a number of surgeries from Portsmouth and the surrounding area scored low on patients being able to get through to the practice over the phone.

Here are the surgeries where 50 per cent or less felt they were able to do so.
