Thousands of people in Hampshire taught life-saving first aid

THOUSANDS of people have been trained in vital life-saving skills in the past year thanks to the Hampshire wing of St John Ambulance.

The charity trained 10,671 people in first aid from businesses across the county at its various centres, including those in Fareham, Havant and Portsmouth. That is up from the previous year’s total of 10,448.
