Volunteers wanted for fundraising tower abseils
A CHILDREN’S charity has announced the latest dates for its fundraising spectacular which offers members of the public the chance to abseil 100m down Spinnaker Tower.
The money raised will go towards a range of services run by Action for Children to help vulnerable children across the UK including Wessex Fostering, which is based in Fareham.
RAF veteran and Hampshire resident, Dennis Judd, 85, raised over £1,000 last month when he and his granddaughter Sally abseiled down the tower.
