Workshops in Portsmouth on coping with lymphoma

Live Your Life '“ Living With and Beyond Lymphoma is for anyone in the Portsmouth area affected by the illness.

The event will cover a range of topics including how to live with a diagnosis, dealing with physical and emotional challenges and where to get support.

The free workshop is part of a series of Live your Life educational events.

Rebecca Tompkins, programme co-ordinator, said: '˜We designed the Live your Life programme because we know people come to us for information and support not only at the point of diagnosis but also when they've finished treatment. 

'˜Having a thorough understanding of lymphoma is so important because it can help them cope much better.'
