Have your say

Apart from the exquisite expressions on the faces of two lads in the front row, the rest of this class appear to be enjoying school life.

The same cannot be said for the two world-weary masters.

But, can you put names to any of them and identify the school?

The picture comes from Gez Groom, of Roundway, Waterlooville, who wants to present the school, should it still exist, with the original for their archives.

He says: ‘Hopefully this class photo will jog some memories. The only thing I know is that the teacher on the right is Mr Rutledge, a distant relative.

‘My guess is that it is about 1964 as the clothing looks similar to my school photo of about the same time, which means the children must now be in their late 50s.’

Over to you.
