This picture was taken in 2004 at a reunion of the Technical Training Wing Royal Marines, from Fort Cumberland, Eastney, Portsmouth.

There are now plans to hold a final get-together next year, if there is enough interest.

Tony Cook, who hopes to organise the event in tandem with Peter Denham, says the event will be held in the Portsmouth area in October or November.

He says: ‘It will consist of a lunchtime get-together, a visit to Fort Cumberland in the afternoon followed by an evening function. We now need to establish if there are sufficient numbers interested.’

If you are interested, contact Tony or Peter by February 1. Tony’s e-mail address is cookj3@sky.com and Peter can be contacted on lesleyjd@btinternet.com.
