Keiran Crawley, 20-mon-ths-old, cheated death when he fell 14-feet on to a concrete path from his bedroom window.

Keiran, of St Nicholas Avenue, Rowner, Gosport, picked himself up, brushed himself down, and set off for the main road – where he was spotted by a neighbour as he attempted to cross.

His parents, who were asleep in bed, were amazed when the neighbour knocked on their door and told them the toddler had been found wandering about outside.

It seemed Keiran escaped by climbing on a bed settee and opening his bedroom window.

The bedroom window had to be wired shut so Keiran could not fall out again.
